Does a request guarantee parking?
No. Staff must confirm availability and vehicle eligibility.
When is payment collected?
Through the secure Square payment form during checkout.
What happens after payment?
A confirmation receipt with your request and payment details is sent by email.
What vehicles require special approval?
Loaded trailers, hazmat, inoperable vehicles, heavy equipment, unusual vehicles, and multi-space requests.
Can I sleep in my truck?
Yes. Drivers may sleep in trucks and idling is allowed.
Are amenities available?
No showers, restrooms, hookups, or truck-stop amenities are provided.
