This Daily Parking Agreement is between Dallas Big Rig Parking (“Licensor”) and the requesting individual, company, and authorized agent (“Licensee”). It incorporates the General Parking Terms and Yard Rules. It grants a limited parking license and does not create a lease or bailment.
1. Daily term and rate
The launch rate is $25 for up to twenty-four (24) consecutive hours beginning at the confirmed start time. Credit-card and debit-card payments include a 3.75% transaction fee, subject to a $1.25 minimum, disclosed before payment. The fee is due before parking. A request remains subject to availability.
2. Cancellation and refund
Daily parking is non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by law or approved by Licensor in writing. Failure to arrive does not extend the parking period or create a credit.
3. Extension and overage
Licensee must request and pay for an extension before the confirmed end time. An extension is subject to availability. Parking beyond the paid period may incur the $35 daily overage described in the General Parking Terms and may become unauthorized parking.
4. Vehicle and access requirements
Licensee must provide accurate vehicle and load information and any requested registration, insurance, identification, VIN, unit number, or photographs. Gate information is confidential, and the gate must be secured after every entry and exit.
5. Property use and risk
Licensee must park only where directed and may not perform repairs, dump materials, transfer fuel, block travel lanes, or bring a restricted vehicle or load without written approval. Licensee remains responsible for the vehicle, trailer, cargo, equipment, and personal property.
6. Acceptance
By selecting “I have reviewed and accept the Daily Parking Agreement” and submitting the request, Licensee electronically accepts this version and the incorporated General Parking Terms and Yard Rules.
Submitting this agreement does not guarantee a parking space.
