This Weekly Parking Agreement is effective on the confirmed start date between Dallas Big Rig Parking (“Licensor”) and the requesting individual, company, and authorized agent (“Licensee”). It incorporates the General Parking Terms and Yard Rules. It is a parking license and does not create a lease or bailment.
1. Weekly rate and period
The weekly launch rate is $100 and permits one approved vehicle to park for seven (7) consecutive days. Credit-card and debit-card payments include a 3.75% transaction fee, subject to a $1.25 minimum, disclosed before payment. Payment is due before parking.
2. Sales and cancellation
Confirmed weekly parking is non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Licensor in writing. A cancellation request submitted within twelve (12) hours after accepting this Agreement may be reviewed, but approval remains at Licensor’s discretion to the extent permitted by law.
3. Weekly extension
Weekly parking expires automatically at the end of the paid seven-day period. Licensee may request an extension before expiration. Every extension is subject to availability, approval, and advance payment and is non-refundable once confirmed.
4. Unauthorized parking and default
Parking without confirmation, beyond the paid term, or without required identification is unauthorized. Licensor may suspend access and use lawful notice, towing, storage, or collection procedures. Licensee is responsible for lawful costs caused by Licensee’s breach.
5. Insurance and vehicle records
Registration and liability insurance must remain current. Before access is issued, Licensee must provide any requested driver identification, vehicle year, make, model, VIN, plate or unit number, and photographs. The vehicle must display or retain any parking authorization supplied by Licensor.
6. Conduct, loads, and property
No repair work is permitted in the parking yard. Restricted vehicles and loads require advance written approval. Licensee is responsible for leaks and for damage caused to pavement, buildings, fencing, gates, equipment, other vehicles, or persons.
7. Gate and security
Weekly gate codes and instructions may not be shared. Licensee must secure the gate after every entry and exit. Licensor does not take custody of or insure the vehicle, trailer, cargo, equipment, or personal property. Licensee should use appropriate locks and tracking equipment.
8. Acceptance
By selecting “I have reviewed and accept the Weekly Parking Agreement” and submitting the request, Licensee electronically accepts this version and the incorporated General Parking Terms and Yard Rules.
Submitting this agreement does not guarantee a parking space.
