Simple yard rules
To keep the yard safe and usable for everyone, all customers must follow basic parking rules.
- No abandoned vehicles
- No dumping or trash outside approved bins
- No unauthorized repairs
- No fuel transfer
- No hazmat unless approved in writing
- No blocking gates, drive aisles, or other vehicles
- No sharing gate codes or access instructions
- Vehicle must be registered, insured, and operable unless approved
- Loaded trailers subject to approval
- Violations may result in towing or removal at owner's expense

What vehicles can park?
We accept tractor-trailer combinations, bobtails, trailers, box trucks, commercial vehicles, and fleet overflow subject to approval.
Do you offer daily or overnight parking?
Yes. Daily parking starts at $25 per 24-hour period and is subject to confirmation.
Can drivers sleep in their trucks?
Yes. Drivers may rest in their trucks and idling is allowed where yard operations permit.
Do you offer weekly parking?
Yes. Weekly launch pricing starts at $100.
Do you offer monthly parking?
Yes. Monthly launch pricing starts at $250 for one 30-day period. Additional periods require renewal unless recurring billing is expressly confirmed.
Can I park a trailer only?
Trailer-only parking is available subject to vehicle and space review.
Can fleets reserve multiple spaces?
Yes. Fleet and multi-space requests receive a manual capacity review and custom quote.
What happens after I pay?
A confirmation receipt with your request and payment details is sent by email.
Is parking availability guaranteed?
No. Every request requires human confirmation for vehicle fit, timing, and available space.
Are there refunds or cancellations?
Daily and weekly reservations are non-refundable once confirmed. Monthly parking does not receive prorated refunds.
Are there yard rules?
Yes. Customers must follow the posted yard rules and may not share gate codes or block travel lanes.
Are there showers, hookups, restrooms, or truck-stop amenities?
No. This is a commercial parking yard, not a truck stop.
